Carol Wilson, welcome you to the website for 4th St. Bistro, in
operation since June of 2000. Reno Magazine says of 4th St. Bistro:
"Outstanding contemporary cuisine," and we recently earned four
stars in each of the four categories used by the Reno Gazette-Journal
in their review.
HOURS: Serving dinner five nights a week, Tuesday through Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. Reservations recommended but not required. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
CUISINE: Our food could be described as contemporary American, inspired by cultures around the world.
We source organically whenever possible—from the best local farms and purveyors, and never from factory farms—and believe in humane animal husbandry. We serve fish from sustainable and wild populations that are not endangered. Our goal is to support the health of our guests and the health of the planet. We offer many gluten-free and vegetarian dishes—from appetizers to desserts. (Here is a list of many of our producers and suppliers.)
For six consecutive years, we have received Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence (2009 - 2014).
