Chef Natalie Sellers and partner, General Manager Carol Wilson, welcome you to the website for 4th St. Bistro, in operation since June of 2000. Reno Magazine says of 4th St. Bistro: "Outstanding contemporary cuisine," and we recently earned four stars in each of the four categories used by the Reno Gazette-Journal in their review. HOURS: Serving dinner five nights a week, Tuesday through Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. Reservations recommended but not required. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. CUISINE: Market driven, fresh, sustainable, local, seasonal, with most of the menu featuring local, organic farm produce. Inspired by the great chefs of the world. We offer many gluten-free and vegetarian dishes—from appetizers to desserts. Meats and poultry from Niman Ranch and Sonoma County Poultry, and other organic and sustainable ranches.
